Monochrome architecture on film
Arches, passages, stairs and street signs form this selection of nine black-and-white photographs by Noah Robin. Shapes, textured surfaces and transitions between light and shadow connect the images.
The newest group moves through a broad brick arch, a passage with repeated ceiling beams and a stairway beside a streaked wall. Earlier photographs explore building signs and street-facing details. Openings, lines and fragments of lettering connect these different architectural views.
